Ingredients:
Zucchini/Squash
Olive Oil
Salt/Pepper
Dried Thyme (or Italian Seasoning)
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini into 1 inch chunks
2. Heat oil in a pan on medium until shimmery
3. Sauce zucchini for 8-10 minutes
4. Season with dried thyme (or another seasoning)
