1.5 pounds chicken
6 Tbsp Olive Oil
Zest of One Large Lemon
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Mix up marinade in a ziplock bag. Marinade chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight. Thinly sliced chicken or chicken thighs are best. Grill on BBQ.
